At Ankhway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ankhway account or visit our online Returns Portal to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
